Holding your phone during VPS guidance

For guidance to be effective, your phone's camera must be pointing forward. The easiest way to do this is to hold it in your hand, pointing forward, but this takes up one hand. Here are some alternatives.

Feeldom navigation pouch

Currently available for pre-order, we expect to receive them at the end of February and begin shipping them in early March.

These cases keep your iPhone aligned with your walking axis and conceal it when you use SonarVision. It is the recommended way to maintain your phone when using SonarVision.

Case with strap

This is the cheapest accessory for keeping your phone aligned with your walking axis. You can find them for around ten euros on Amazon.

Be sure to select a case that fits your iPhone model from the drop-down menu!

Earbuds

In addition to greater listening comfort, using earbuds with SonarVision provides stereo spatialization of audio instructions. A beep on the left means you should turn left, and vice versa.

We strongly recommend using earbuds that do not block your ears so that you can remain aware of your surroundings.

Our recommendations

We recommend using AfterShockz Open Run Pro headphones, which combine air and bone conduction for comfortable listening in any situation. The two earpieces are connected by a headband that goes around your head, providing excellent support and completely eliminating the possibility of losing an earpiece.

Our second recommendation is Ray Ban Meta. They are significantly more expensive and you will not be able to use the built-in camera as a video source for SonarVision, but the sound quality is excellent and the other AI features you can get out of them are very useful.
