Why does SonarVision's own documentation have accessibility issues?

We manage the help.sonarvision.fr and feedback.sonarvision.fr sites using a tool called Featurebase, which comes with a lot of features and makes our work much easier.
Unfortunately, we don’t have direct control over the accessibility of this site the way we do with our own website or with the online editing platform.
We report every accessibility issue we find to the Featurebase team.
You can vote for this ticket and leave a comment to let them know that you use a screen reader and that you are an indirect user of their product. Feel free to report any accessibility issue you encounter directly to them while using our documentation or our forum.
The Featurebase team is responsive and highly competent — it’s just that the product is still relatively new and more awareness is needed. Here are the tickets that have already been fixed:
